in South Australia

Two weekends ago, main squeeze and I went on a getaway to Adelaide in South Australia. The weather was crap, which resulted in our ferry to Kangaroo Island being canceled. So instead, we drove our rental car up to the Barossa wine region. Here’s some of what we saw.

Just into the hills.
Rundown farm house.

Largest rocking horse in the world.
Barossa.
Jacob’s Creek winery.

Um… largest rocking horse in the world?!! that is amazing! Sorry to hear you didn't make it to Kangaroo Island- hopefully you'll be able to return. It was by far my favorite place in OZ.

Haha, how cool is that? You could climb up on it, too, but we had wineries to get to 🙂

What did you like the most about Kangaroo? We have talked about going back down that way again. I'll keep you posted!
